What types of decorating services do you offer?
We are pleased to be able to provide embroidery, screen printing, sublimation printing, and digitally printed screens.  We also offer banners in any size or shape in 13oz, 18oz, or mesh vinyl.  

How long will my order take?
Standard turnaround time is 15 working days from placed order and does not include shipping time.

What if I need my order sooner?
Rush jobs are available for an additional fee. 1 day (if available) - 40%, 2-6 days (if available) - 25%, 7-10 days, 20%, 11-14 days (10%). Call or text 757-288-4422 to add rush service to your order.

Do you accept returns?
**Please** make sure to review your order for any errors prior to placing. Once placed, we are unable to make any changes to your order. Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot provide refunds or exchanges for items ordered in the wrong size, style, color, etc., or when provided incorrect spelling.

What is my item is defective?
We will gladly exchange defective items within 14 days of order delivery.

Can I order shirts for my small business?
Absolutely!  No order is too big or too small!  

Can I provide my own apparel for decoration?
While we prefer to work on our own supplied apparel, we are happy to also to work with customer supplied garments.  We do require a waiver to be filled out as mishaps can happen.  The waiver can be downloaded here.

How can my club get a webstore page on your site?
Great question!  We would love to get you set up!  The first step is to send us your artwork.  Once we review your files and discuss your needs, we will determine if you need any artwork or digitizing services.   We will then give you a link to browse available products you can offer on your webstore.  There is a one-time set up fee of $75 for the webstore.  You are able to pick up to 20 products with 4 color choices per product.  If you would like to offer a larger product line, there will be a small fee per additional item.  You can choose to have your items sold for cost or add a markup to raise money for your club.  Payouts are sent out quarterly.  If you choose to take a store credit instead of a cash payout, you will receive a 20% bonus to your balance. We will handle the processing and shipping all orders, leaving you with no investment risk or stress!
